Are there any books which help deal with ADHD?

I'm looking for a book recommendation for my undiagnosed partner please. He's not in denial, but has not been for assessment, so is looking for a book as a starting point. Thanks!

"Is it You, Me, or Adult Add?" by Gina Pera helped me learn about my partner. I've heard that it also helps the ADHDer to read as well (mine did not read it yet).

Agree with , that is a brilliant book and brings clarity to so many issues - some I hadn't even associated with the adhd. My OH has started it and was amazed by how much it described him and his life - in typical adhd mode though he hasn't got very far

Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder is a brain disorder characterised by three patterns of behavior; inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. Although it is common to meet these behaviors in young children, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder amplifies them. As a result, children or young adults suffering from it may experience social and integrational difficulties in school, university or job.
