Agoraphobia

Agoraphobia is a form of anxiety disorder, leading to increased feelings of fear when attending places full of people. Sometimes it’s not just the place but the situation that triggers intense fear. As a result, individuals may experience panic attacks and feelings of hopelessness and embarrassment. Certain antidepressants or anxiolytics with the help of psychotherapy are known to be therapeutic.

My doctor upped my Buspar dose and I took the first last night. Today I am so exhausted. Anyone else get that? I could just be exhausted. I work a lot.

How do people with small children manage? I can go out to parks and outdoor pools fine, but doctors appointments etc, are extremely hard. My anxiety kicks in hard core and I get so overwhelmed. Anyone have any words of advice is greatly appreciated.
