Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or motor neuron disease is a progressive condition that affects the nervous system. It usually presents with weakness in the limbs, later spreading to the rest of the body. The speech, gait and cognitive performance will also get affected in time.
