How can I wet wrap the portion of skin affected by eczema?

I’ve had eczema for all of my life and want to know how to wet wrap it. I know you can go to the doctors about it but it seems simpler to just ask on here. Thanks for any advice.

Nationaljewish.org, I believe. I have wet wrapped my son for years. We have been all over the country and finally made it to the National Institute of Health in Maryland. Soak in a lukewarm tub for at least 15 minutes. The cooler and longer, the better...See more
