Are there any IC-friendly shakes or smoothies?


Need some suggestions for shakes/smoothies. I have drank a shake with fruit everyday for two years. If I eat real food for breakfast I get nauseous. I have been in a fore for a month and I’m worried it is one of the fruits I use. I always get fresh strawberries, bananas, and peaches to put in them. I have never had an issue but I have cut out everything else I eat that it could possible be, so I thought I’d ask for some help on IC friendly morning shakes ideas ?

All I do is blueberry banana almond milk and greek yogert but I wana try like a juice with carrots celery and apples that pulp sales just nervous I guess

Sorry... I cannot tolerate strawberries or peaches. In my smoothies, I use the following fruits: blueberries, honeydew melons, pears, or mellow apples.
