I have had shyness from a really young age. And after being bullied and humiliated at school. I began to suffer with social phobia as I got older. I have tried so many drugs and techniques over the years to no avail. It’s totally controlled my life and it’s always there. Things have got so bad again I have been put back on anti-depressants. Please can anyone give me some advice, I’m a 47 year-old Male I am totally new to this community.
I looked at your profile picture and found hope. My son was diagnosed with social anxiety. He is 20. He doesn't know how to approach anyone! He has never had a girlfriend, which is ok, I just worry about him. I'm unsure of your situation and I didn't go through your Facebook profile, but I would say that you're doing better than you think you are!
